Our Boerewors is crafted from locally sourced NZ beef and pork, seasoned with a traditional South African spice blend of coriander, cloves, and nutmeg. Coiled, flavorsome, and deeply satisfying a cult favorite that earns its reputation.
Best cooked: BBQ on medium heat in its coil shape for 15-20 minutes, turning carefully to keep it intact. The key is low and slow don’t rush it. Serve with chakalaka, pap, or simply in a roll with mustard.
